Water kefir is an unpasteurized fermented beverage rich in beneficial micro-organisms, B-vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. It’s a naturally brewed beverage with organic raw cane sugar, molasses, filtered water, and a starter culture known as kefir (or tibicos). The sugars are consumed by way of the starter culture and converted into beneficial acids and microorganisms, becoming host to 120-million probiotic strains and providing nutrition for the microbiome with each sip. Organic, never heated, small amounts are added to some of our water kefir flavors as a natural sweetener and flavor.



We sprout our raw, organic nuts to unlock the nutritional benefits and then dehydrate them at low temperatures to preserve their healthfulness. Soaking assists in lighter, more digestible nuts that can, in turn, neutralize enzyme inhibitors, therefore, increasing vitamin and mineral absorption in the body. Dehydration, rather than roasting, maintains the extensive nutritional value, known as heart-healthy nuts high in omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin E, and protein.


Organic ginger is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory that helps relieve pain, lower blood sugar, increase circulation, and soothes an upset stomach. It has a warming effect that benefits our body when it’s in need of an extra boost against the chilling effects of sick season or recoup after strenuous exercise.



INNER LOVE sources unrefined mined pink salt. It contains trace minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium which gives it a light pink tint and unique flavor.



We use estate-produced pure Crown Maple syrup from New York State. Maple syrup has a high value of riboflavin, thiamin, manganese, zinc, magnesium, calcium and potassium.
